I Pink I Can!

Hi everyone, happy Monday!  I am finally back with some snap shots of my recent outfit.  This look is a combination of all the pieces I purchased during my college years (minus the French Connection shirt I bought on sale last winter at Last Call).
I am sure you have seen these white jeans in some of my older posts.  They are the most comfortable, stretchiest, figure slimming skinny jeans I own, and I believe I only paid $20 for these.  I can’t ever wear these enough, and if I had it my way, I would wear these at least 5 times a week!
The coat I am wearing here is probably discontinued by now.  I got this pink peacoat from Benetton’s sale back in 2007 Winter, and I think it was around $250, which I find more than reasonable for a long coat that got me through several winters in various regions.  I am also a sucker for hoodied shirts and outerwear, and this coat has a hoodie. :)
Last but not least, meet my Chloe Marcie Hobo small.  I purchased this on sale (yes, I love a good bargain, and I always try to buy things after they have been marked down) at the Chloe boutique duty free shop in Incheon Int’l Airport, Korea in 2011 Winter.  The original price for this was $1,436, but I believe I only ended up paying about $1,100.  I felt so fortunate because it’s rare to find Marcie small hobos in the states (especially not in “Nut” – they discontinued “Nut” for hobos and started to make only Satchels in “Nut.”  If I am wrong, please correct me*).  It comes in Medium, Large and Mini.  I find medium a little too big while the mini cross body is just too tiny for my full size wallet & phone.

On a different note, I wanted to apologize for not being consistent with my blog.  My outfit posts have been scarce due to the fact David and I haven’t gone anywhere (we haven’t left the house other than for work) lately since the return from our Winter trip.  I love lounging in my PJs and eating take out at home when it’s cold out because I am not a fan of the cold weather.  Actually, let me rephrase, I despise being cold and refuse to leave my house.  Nevertheless, we had an unusually productive/active weekend where we made the most of our time.  We went to the mall, did our usual Wal-Mart run for miscellaneous items for the house, treated ourselves to a dinner date, restocked our fridge and were diligent enough to wake up early on Sunday and leave the house before noon for brunch.  What do you guys normally do on weekends?  I would love to  hear from you :)
